Fun Feelings hope that you are happy with your purchases, however, if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items you can do so as long as they are in original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Fun Feelings will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please provide us with your details when returning a parcel either by including a copy of your invoice or write your details on paper and include this with your return parcel:
Order number (this can be found on the top of your invoice)
Your Requirements – i.e. refund or exchange
Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. wrong colour, too big, too small, etc. If you have requested a refund or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. Fun Feelings will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Delivery costs paid for on the order will also be refunded. The cost of returning the goods are at the customers’ own expense. Please contact us via our contact us to arrange a return or exchange. (Please ensure when sending goods back that a traceable method is used in case of loss as Fun Feelings are unable to process returns unless Fun Feelings have received them)
